1. Terms
These terms and conditions contain some exclusions and limitations of liability. If any part of the conditions proves to be not valid or unenforceable, the rest of the conditions will remain valid. The invalid or unenforceable condition will be deemed as supplanted by an enforceable and valid form conveying the same meaning. Any dispute will be governed by the non-exclusive law and jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts.
Your booking on this website is conditional on you accepting the terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not proceed with your booking. By completing your booking you accept that you have read, understood and accepted the terms. If there is any part that you do not fully understand, or if you have a query on the product, please contact us.
On submitting your reservation for a product on this website, SELECT A HOTEL ONLINE will confirm your reservation by email and supply a voucher which should be printed and presented to the hotel on arrival. SELECT A HOTEL ONLINE will not have any contract with you for the supply of any product at the price offered until your booking is confirmed and SELECT A HOTEL ONLINE has received payment. 2. Modification of terms and conditions
SELECT A HOTEL ONLINE reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice and you agree that your continued use of this site will be conditional upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use.
3. How to book your accommodation?
Simply complete the details in the booking section of this website and pay the total price of your accommodation. The person who completes the web booking form must have the authority to do so on behalf of all the other travellers in the group, confirms that the people named on it accept the booking conditions, and is responsible for the full cost of the accommodation, including any cancellation or amendment charges. He/she will inform other members of the party of confirmation details and any other appropriate information.
4. Age and responsibility
You warrant that you are 18 years of age or over and have legal capacity to use this site and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of use of this site.
You warrant that all personal information submitted during accommodation bookings and membership registration is correct. You accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account.
5. What's included in your reservation The basic accommodation cost includes the following:
Accommodation and meals as confirmed on your booking
All obligatory hotel service charges and taxes
VAT on all vacations
6. What's not included
The basic accommodation cost does not include:
Transfers between airport and accommodation
Excursions and other personal expenditure
Additional charges for rooms, meals or under-occupancy in apartments
Charges that hotels or apartments may make for facilities such as cots, parking, minibus services, sunbeds, sauna, tennis courts and equipment, porters, etc
Deposits requested on arrival by some apartment/villa owners
7. Payment
Payments are made into bank accounts. After receiving the provisional confirmation from SELECT A HOTEL ONLINE you will be given a 3-day option to make the payment. Failure to do so will invalidate the provisional confirmation.
8. Booking cancellation or modification
You may cancel your booking at any time on SELECT A HOTEL ONLINE websites. You will be advised at the time of booking what charge will apply as a cancellation fee, according to the individual hotel. The possibility of amending the reservation depends on the applicable rate. Certain rates cannot be modified. Modifications involving a partial cancellation or reduction in number of nights within the timescale that cancellation fees apply, may also be subject to this charge. No shows are subject to cancellation charges of 100% of the amount paid. Proceeding with your reservation means you expressly accept such charges.
9. Before you travel
SELECT A HOTEL ONLINE is not liable for damages or losses that may result from travel to any particular destination.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the relevant visa for the country you are visiting, plus any innoculations required.
10. Insurance You are strongly advised to travel with adequate travel insurance, as the cost of medical expenses overseas can be very high if you suffer an accident or illness.
11. Force majeure
Force majeure shall include (but is not limited to) government intervention, war or threat of war, civil commotion, fire, flood, earthquake, accident, storm, terrorist attack or industrial action affecting SELECT A HOTEL ONLINE or its suppliers.
12. Complaints
If you have a complaint you must tell the accommodation reception/management immediately to enable them to take action to rectify the situation. SELECT A HOTEL ONLINE cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages caused by the acts, omissions or negligence of any third party supplier.
13. Disclaimer
The information on this site is posted in good faith but SELECT A HOTEL ONLINE cannot guarantee that it is completely free from inaccuracies and typographical errors and does not accept liability for any error or omission on this site.

14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify SELECT A HOTEL ONLINE, its affiliates and suppliers and any of their respective employees and agents from and against any claims, actions, demands, fines, damages or any other legitimate costs or expenses including but not limited to legal and accounting fees brought by you or your agents in excess of the liability outlined above, or by third parties as a result of your breach of this agreement or contravention of any laws or rights of a third party, or your use of this website.
